Mistresses realized one of their slaves was smelling weird. They called the slave over and asked why he was smelling but the slave could only bow his head in shame. They asked the other slaves and found out that the slave had not been showering each time he had sessions with the mistresses. The mistresses asked him why he did not shower but he just kept quiet. Since he liked being dirty, the mistresses decided to punish him by making him even more dirty. They take turns pissing on him and he is forced to endure all of it.
